Tacho Hotel is a solution designed for companies providing remote digital tachograph data download services for their customers. Storing smart cards at your customer offices and ensuring they're available at all times can be a mess, just like storing tens or hundreds of cards in your office can easily turn into a cable and card reader management chaos. This is where Tacho Hotel comes in to save the day.

Tacho Hotel is usually used by companies working in fleet management and providing remote digital tachograph file download, however it can be applied for other similar use cases. The solution includes a place for installing a single-board PC, which means you can use your own existing solution for authenticating digital tachograph cards, using Tacho Hotel as a cable and reader management tool. In case you still don't have a solution for remote digital tachograph file download and are interested in entering the market, you will also need a Mapon PRO platform and digital tachograph data download solution. Combining Tacho Hotel with Mapon platform allows you to configure data downloads to exact times, dates etc., gathering information from all vehicles in the fleet, summarizing it and preparing for reports and analysis.
