Remote tacho download is a way to retrieve data from driver cards and vehicle units without any manual actions. Neither the driver nor the fleet manager has to physically access tacho cards. The downloads happen at a set frequency, and all the data is arranged into easy-to-understand reports.

According to Commission Regulation (EU) No 581/2010, companies must download tachograph data from the vehicle unit at least once every 90 days and from the driver card – at least once every 28 days.
