Mapon, a Draugiem Group company, has obtained two new international ISO certificates for service quality and sustainable operations.

The quality management (ISO 9001) certification confirms Mapon’s commitment to provide high-quality services and continuous improvement of its operations to meet the needs of customers and partners.

The environmental management (ISO 14001) certification confirms that Mapon is a sustainable and environmentally friendly company that carefully assesses its impact on the environment and implements effective solutions to manage and reduce this impact.

The information security management system (ISO 27001) certification confirms that Mapon effectively manages information security and protects customer data by proactively identifying potential risks and implementing the necessary measures to prevent them. Since 2021, this certification has applied to Mapon branches in Latvia, Spain, and Finland, and now it has been extended to include the company’s offices in Estonia and Denmark as well. 

The certification was carried out by BM Certification, an international auditing and certification body, while TestDevLab, a Latvian company with over 10 years of experience in software testing, provided support during the preparation process and helped ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Mapon will continue to strengthen its position as a reliable and responsible company. In the coming years, the company intends to expand the scope of its certifications to include other Mapon branches and subsidiaries. As Mapon actively acquires and integrates foreign companies into its operations, the company pays special attention to implementing ISO standards to ensure a unified approach to quality, security, and sustainability across all parts of the company.
